This is my latest effort, a group of rustic knives made to work. They are entirely handmade from an Olive Burl of a tree old at least 300 years. Blade are from 5cm (2″) for the necker to 7,5cm (3″) for the largest. Very usable, they are made from O2 carbon steel and brass fittings [...][...]

MIP Necker #01
Here it is! My model of small necker, made from a 5mm (.20″) thick D2 steel properly heat treated for a long lasting razor cuts. Blade length is 3cm (1.2″) and overall is 10cm (4″). As-from-the-oven finish: it is very tough and gives some characther. The sheat is on the way. I̵[...]
