This is my latest effort, a group of rustic knives made to work. They are entirely handmade from an Olive Burl of a tree old at least 300 years. Blade are from 5cm (2″) for the necker to 7,5cm (3″) for the largest. Very usable, they are made from O2 carbon steel and brass fittings [...][...]

Blade etching my way
