			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is my latest effort, a group of rustic knives made to work.<br />
They are entirely handmade from an Olive Burl of a tree old at least 300 years.</p>
<p>Blade are from 5cm (2&#8243;) for the necker to 7,5cm (3&#8243;) for the largest. Very usable, they are made from O2 carbon steel and brass fittings over a gorgeous Olive Burl.</p>
